30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

You have the option to return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment, excluding shipping charges. We typically process credits back to your account within 3-5 business days, and it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.

Replacing Defective Part:

In the event of a defective part, we will provide you with a 100% FREE replacement.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

To initiate a return or cancellation, please send an email to our customer service at Please note that all returns and cancellations require prior authorization.


Please be aware that returns and cancellations may incur shipping charges, except in cases where the error is on our part or the cancellation is made before shipping. Prior authorization from the Supplier is necessary for all returns (please refer to the Contact Us page). To arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, kindly contact a customer service representative by emailing and indicate "Returns" (available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm EST). When processing a return, remember to reference your Order Number.


According to our company policy, we require the original auto part to be returned before sending out the replacement. The original auto part should be sent back using the provided shipping label. The shipping cost for both the original and replacement auto part will be borne by the shipper. Please note that if the original auto part is not shipped back to the supplier within 30 days of receiving the replacement part, the buyer's credit card may be charged for the initial cost of the original auto part (excluding the initial shipping cost). Certain units we offer, such as used engines, transmissions, axles, etc., may include wear parts and accessories, but they are not guaranteed in the sale. Such parts may need to be replaced before installation. Common items not guaranteed include, but are not limited to, nuts, bolts, links, seals, bushings, ball joints, brackets, bezels, wiring, cables, sensors, and other applicable items, depending on the part. If certain parts are not serviceable, like pressed-in ball joints, they will not be covered by the guarantee. Additionally, we cannot assure color matching on any part we sell. Purchased items may require repainting, refinishing, or reupholstering for a proper color match.

Refunds via Stripe will be processed by our partner "2 Rims Riding" within a maximum of 7 business days.
